Gifted and Talented Assessment

IQ testing only:  $400

IQ and academic testing:  $600

Disability Assessment

$600 - this is a flat fee that includes IQ testing, academic testing and any other assessment measures required or deemed necessary.

General Assessment

IQ testing:  $400

Achievement testing:  $200

Payment is due at the time of testing in the form of cash or checks. 

Credit Card payments are arranged in advance of the appointment.

Invoices are provided once the payment is processed.

Assessments are completed in one appointment unless exceptions are needed. 

The time it takes for reports to be submitted to clients is dependent on many variables including mid-week holidays, client numbers and proof reader availability.  Patty discusses this with each client when the appointment is made and tries to keep to a two week turn around for reports.

IQ testing is done with the Wechsler Scales including the WPPSI-III, WISC-IV and WAIS-IV.  Extended GT norms are used when appropriate.

Academic testing is done with the Woodcock Johnson Test of Achievement-Third Edition.

Numerous assessment measures are used for diagnosing dyslexia and other learning disabilites, ADHD, developmental disabilities and psycho-social diagnoses.  Specific procedures are discussed prior to the assessment.
